In order to apply, you will first create a YOSS account. Then you will create an application based on the position you would like to apply for. If you start an application and cannot finish it all at once, you can just go back to your homescreen. YOSS automatically saves your application as you complete your information. To edit the details of your application, click on View Details. If you save and complete your application, you cannot make changes. Then, you will need to submit the application you created to the job you would like to apply for. Creating an application does not automatically submit the application to the job you would like to be considered for. Your application stays on your account and you will be able to submit that application to multiple jobs without having to recreate an application each time.

If your email is missing, you may enter it to continue. If your email is incorrect, you may request for it to be changed. Please note: Not all organizations allow end-users to change their emails. If YOSS will not allow you to change your email, you must contact the administrator at the organization in question. The grid below will let you know if the organization allows emails to be edited. If they are, sometimes approval must happen before the change takes effect.
