YOSS is a widely used platform and as such it is likely you have accounts at multiple school districts. This is no problem! The information grid below will tell you what is needed to assist you in getting logged in.
First, please note that the main login page that you have visited is for use when you are wanting to login to a school district that you are currently or have been employed with in the past. If you have never worked at the school district you are wanting to access, you should create a profile and login directly at their publicly advertised candidate page.
Below, you will find all organizations for which your demographic information matches. First you will find the organization’s name followed by the email on file that is required for use when logging in. Please note that some districts allow you to change your primary email and others do not.
Next is your registration status. If it says No, you will need to click on Register As A New User on the main login page to register for that organization’s account. If you are already registered, you should use the email on file to login.
Then you will see if the account is an employee (including previous employment) or candidate. Remember, if it is candidate, you must go to the candidate dashboard to login. The organization’s link can be found in the Actions section.
The Access Allowed tab is applicable if you are terminated. Often, HR disables your ability to login once terminated. If you are trying to login to an organization and Access Allowed is Disabled, you must contact the HR Department to allow access.
