Candidate must have a current registered nurse license.

REPORTS TO:  Director of Student Services      
  
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 1. Provide treatment, administer medication, and provides preventive and maintenance care to patients consistent with care plan/or physician treatment plan.

2. Perform comprehensive assessment of client's health care needs.
 
3. Coordinate school based clinic services with other service providers and community organizations to promote optimal implementation.
 
4.  Provide health education and instruction to individuals, and families, for the promotion and maintenance of health.

5.  Collect and assess data and screen clients to determine eligibility within program guidelines.
 
6. Assume other duties as assigned.
