Substitute Teacher: Grades PreK through 12th Grade

The Grady County Board of Education is always in the need of substitute teachers.  Substitutes fill the role of the teacher due to his/her absence.

Substitutes need a positive attitude, flexibility, willingness and ability to work with others, and a desire to support the needs of our students.  Grady County has high expectations of our classroom teachers, and we always encourage our substitute teachers to maintain the same set of standards.

Education Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma or GED.  Technical school or college experience preferred, but not required.

Training: Substitute Teachers will go through Substitute Training through our local RESA (Regional Educational Services Agency) located in Camilla.
