QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher with a Georgia certificate in Music (P-12).


2. Instrumental teaching experience preferred.


3. Strong classroom management skills and a desire to improve the instructional program.


4. Strong communication skill including the ability to communicate with school staff, students and the community.


5. Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively with students, parents and the administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the leadership and management of the total band program. Organizes and administers the instrumental program within the school. Provides a quality instructional program.
